Director of Clinical Services - Provide leadership and manage hospital-wide clinical services program designed to meet patient needs through individual and group social services programming. The person in this position is responsible for development and communication of program priorities aligned with organizational goals. This position also promotes patients' potential during their stay and collaborates with physician and patient in preparation for discharge. Build Clinical Program to include quality case managements services to patients and their families. Direct activities for Clinical Program to ensure compliance with all treatment plan requirements. Oversees maintenance of patient clinical records. Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.  Assist CNO in managing Clinical Program team and planning patient care services. Performs related duties as requested.  Master’s level degree with current Texas license required (LCSW or LMSW) and minimum 5 years of experience.

Director of Plant Operations - Provide leadership and managing and organizing the operations of the facility including housekeeping, maintenance and grounds keeping while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies. This position also serves as the facility's Safety/Security Officer and serves on the Safety/Risk Management Committee.  To ensure the maintenance of a safe, clean, healthy, physical environment for patients, staff, and guests of the organization. Degree in facility management or related field preferred or equivalent in trade school degree and related of 5 years of experience required.

RN's for Admissions and Unit - Knowledge of appropriate nursing assessment, diagnosis and intervention with psychiatric patients. Knowledge of milieu management. Ability to provide leadership and supervision. Ability to complete assigned task or delegate responsibility to others as permitted and monitor performance of delegated tasks. Ability to safely implement specific needs and to provide quality patient care. Administer medication and medical treatment accordance with policies and physician orders. Provide timely, accurate and through documentation of patient behavior, medication administration, medical interventions, treatment planning. Skills in preparing and maintaining appropriate medical record documentation.  Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in English effectively.  Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Texas State Registered Nurse License. One year inpatient or outpatient psychiatric experience with adults and/or adolescents preferred.

Case Manager - Develop and monitor patient-centered plans and treatment goals.  Provide quality case management services to all patients and their families.  Demonstrate knowledge of and participate in Performance Improvement activities.  Assist with discharge planning, including meeting with patients/ families. Integrates with all care centers in hospital, addressing a variety of age-specific concerns. Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work from an accredited College or University.  Knowlege of discharge planning/utilization management/case management terminology in behavioral health enviornment preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and task prioritization skills.  

Intake Counselors - Provide intitial contact for the Admissions process. Assess/triage patients for appropriateness for Admission.  Complete intake process to include related paperwork, review and obtain signatures.  Assist with verifying insurance benefits and gather demographic information. Prepare medical chart.  Consult with physicians. Maintain up to date training. Degree in Behavioral Health field (Counseling, Psychology or Social Work)  Must have current license (LPC-I, LMSW, LCSW). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to multi-task. Must be detail-oriented. Knowledge with crisis center preferred.

Dietary Aides - Prepare culinary delights. Daily preparation of food items. Execute the menu, ensuring a high level of performance and satisfaction. Help manage food purchasing, storage and inventory control. Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Help create new recipes and write menus when needed. Demonstrate proper use of equipment and cooking techniques. Perform any function necessary for the success of the kitchen. Conduct regular inspections of the entire kitchen/dishwashing area and coolers and promptly act to correct deficiencies found during inspection.  High school diploma or equivalent, flexible with schedule. Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in English effectively.  Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Ability to take direction.  Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to reach, bend stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds. Ability to work in a team environment.
