Adult Partial-Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides daily connections with peers along with clinical and medical oversight. Therapy is provided in a group setting and runs 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) from 9am-3pm, with lunch and snacks provided. PHP is ideal for those who may be stepping down from an inpatient program to help maintain progress made as well as for those who may need a higher level of short-term support before continuing treatment in one of our other outpatient programs.

PHP consists of 5 groups sessions daily, 5 days per week for a minimum of 20 programming hours. Patients will receive weekly individual sessions with a therapist, individual sessions with a psychiatrist for medication management, and daily group therapy. A registered nurse is on site daily. Patients will also be included in a multidisciplinary team, which includes case management services with a master’s level therapist to assist with long term appointments upon discharge.

  • Mental health conditions

  • Medications and physical wellness
  • Relationships and support
  • Healthy communication and boundaries
